Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through minkshoesco.com. The store is operated by Amgen Inc under the store name minkshoesco.
30-Day Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, footwear and other products must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition;
- Have clean, unmarked soles;
- Include all original tags, inserts, accessories, and packaging;
- Be returned with the original shoe box undamaged;
- Include an order number or other valid proof of purchase.
Trying shoes on indoors for fit is acceptable, provided the shoes remain clean and undamaged.
Email jwhitianos.a@outlook.com before returning anything. State your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping
Approved returns requested during the 30-day period receive free standard return shipping. We will send a prepaid label or provide another approved return method.
Do not mail products to the address on the original package or to our business address unless that destination is included in our written return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Inspect your purchase when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.
Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, provide an appropriate remedy, or issue a refund without charging additional standard shipping costs.
Products Not Eligible for Ordinary Returns
Unless required by law or the product arrived defective or incorrect, we do not ordinarily accept returns of:
- Shoes showing outdoor wear, dirt, odors, stains, or sole damage;
- Products altered, repaired, washed, or customized after delivery;
- Personalized or made-to-order goods;
- Opened hygiene-sensitive products;
- Gift cards;
- Products clearly marked final sale before checkout.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by these exclusions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us with the required size, color, or product information. We may arrange a replacement or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Returned products are inspected after arrival. We will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. They normally appear in the customer’s account within 3–7 business days after issuance, although the bank or payment provider may require additional time.
Applicable sales tax collected on a refunded product will also be refunded as required by law. Expedited shipping and optional delivery services are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our mistake.
Cancellation Requests
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation is possible only before the order enters fulfillment. Once dispatched, the purchase must be handled as a return after delivery.
Free Shipping and Taxes
A merchandise subtotal greater than US$30, after discounts and before applicable sales tax, qualifies for free standard shipping.
Customers will not be asked by us to pay unexpected import duties separately after checkout. Sales tax may still be calculated and collected at checkout where legally required.
